Job Description
- Data entry of employee movement (new joiner, resigned, and transfer)
- Issuance of employee movement letter (new joiner, resigned and transfer)
- Ensures that P-file was kept updated and filed appropriately
- Act as customer service in ASKHR for HR-related queries
- Ensure employee’s payroll transactions were captured accurately and maintained in the payroll system within established deadlines
- Ensures that 3rd Party Statutory (EPF, SOCSO & LHDN) are updated accordingly
- Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
